// Highrise scope of work
For this inpatient room mockup, Highrise delivered finish work designed for high-visibility healthcare environments—where details matter and surfaces need to perform day after day.
Our work included:
- Interior paint systems for walls, ceilings, and specialty areas
- Wallcovering installation (feature wall applications)
- Surface prep for clean lines, consistent sheen, and long-term durability
- Coordination around millwork, glazing, lighting coves, and specialty assemblies
- Final punchlist support to bring the mockup to “decision-ready” quality
// About this Project
Mockup rooms are where big projects get “battle-tested” before the first real patient room is built. This prototype inpatient BIM (Mockup) space was created to evaluate finishes, lighting, durability, cleanability, and the overall patient experience—so the full hospital build can move forward with confidence.
